  Hello.
  I’m seconded to the Scottish Government Employability Team to support the Third Sector Employability Forum.
  I’m very interested in exploring how SDS can be more effectively accessed and better used to provide employment support. In particular, for the many organisations who engage with the Third Sector Employability Forum, I’m keen that they can explore what opportunities may flow from SDS and how they might inform and support their Servioce Users to access this fund.
  I know through my experience over many years in supported employment that Direct Payments were not used to any great extent to purchase employment support and I’m keen to see that change.
  I would like to hear more about how SDS has been used for employment support and how I can promote this to the Third Sector Employability Forum.
  I’ve had to put my personal email as your system seems not to accept email addresses with apostrophe’s in them.
