Supporting Me: New Guides to Better Services
A series of easy-to-read guides are available below to assist people who use services better manage and determine the quality of care they receive from paid care staff or others involved in their care.
The Supporting Me series of four guides have been specially produced for Sussex Skills for Care by Southdown Housing Association.
This series of easy-to-read guides is now available on our site, courtesy of Skills for Care, to help support people who use services who employ care staff or others involved in their care.
They are ideally aimed at helping personal assistants employed through Direct Payments or Individual/Personal Budgets to better understand the needs of people who use services and assist in providing a better care experience.
